Position Papers
The position papers section contains papers that have been produced as a response to both clinical and political requests for information and/or change. They are prepared by the Horatio Expert Panel and agreed by the Board before either being sent to the necessary body or launched here on the web site.
Horatio welcomes comments about these papers and hopes over time that they will develop into an archive charting the organisation's growth and professional stance.
